Why wouldn't I just hire someone full-time to do this?
That definitely is a great option, usually the annual cost of someone full-time could probably around $60,000 - $80,000. Aside from that, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. With our unlimited plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need so you can fully optimize your budget ensuring you’re only paying your video editor when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
As a member, you’re able to add as many video editing requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my edited ads?
On average, you'll get the first edit within a few days. However, more sophisticated requests will need additional time to complete. Then based on feedback from the first edit, revisions can be completed within a day or 2 depending on the level of feedback.
What if I don't have any footage / photos?
There are things we can do, like shoot UCG style footage (mobile phone camera footage), except for talking-to-camera footage. We also have access to stock footage that we can incorporate into your content. But the best form of footage that works best on social media is UGC style footage, so feel free to shoot footage on your phone and we'll work with it!
How does the pause feature work?
If you don't have enough work to fill up an entire month, pausing your membership comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. So say if you sign up, and only use the service for 11 days, and then pause your membership. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you have 20 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do I submit requests?
We setup a Trello board specific to submitting and overseeing your requests. In there, you can fill out a Trello card regarding the details of your request. You can also attach files like a Google doc, add link references, or even upload a video of you explaining your request, it's really up to you and what you're comfortable with.
What if I don’t like the content that was created?
We're dedicated to making an edit you'll love! We’ll continue to edit the video until you’re 100% satisfied. We'll even start from scratch if we have to. If you're happy, we're happy!
What if I only have a single request?
No problem! Simply pause your subscription when your single request is done and when you have additional video edits needed, unpause your subscription and we'll continue. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds?
Our stringent standards ensure that refunds are unnecessary. We are 100% committed to providing you with videos that you're 100% satisfied with.
